Emergency Bridge Package 2

The project consists of all work necessary to remove the remainder of the damaged SC 48 (Bluff Road) culverts across Toms Creek and SC 769 (Congaree/Air Base Road) culverts across Cedar Creek in Richland County, and to construct new bridges in these locations with the associated roadway and drainage work necessary to tie the new approaches to the existing roadways. The existing structures were damaged beyond repair as the result of flooding.
