DBE/ACDBE and SBE Certification Directories

The DBE/ACDBE Certification Directory is currently not available as a result of changes to the DBE/ACDBE Programs issued by the Interim Final Rule (IFR) effective October 3, 2025.

SCDOT is now accepting documents for firms based in South Carolina to reevaluate DBEs certified prior to the IFR.

The SCUCP's online directory will be available beginning Monday, July 20, 2026, once reevaluations are complete.
