DBE/ACDBE and SBE Certification Directories
The DBE/ACDBE Certification Directory is currently not available as a result of changes to the DBE/ACDBE Programs issued by the Interim Final Rule (IFR) effective October 3, 2025.
SCDOT is now accepting documents for firms based in South Carolina to reevaluate DBEs certified prior to the IFR.
The SCUCP’s DBE/ACDBE online directory will be posted on the website upon completion of the reevaluation process.
