Business Development & Special Programs

Our mission is to develop, implement and promote programs which ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations governing Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), External Equal Opportunity (EO), External On-the-Job Training (OJT), and Title VI programs. We build and maintain relationships to facilitate the development of socially and economically disadvantaged businesses and individuals. This section provides details on each of our programs.
