SC Scenic Byways Scenic Highway Committee Application Process Maps & Galleries

Application for designation of a South Carolina Scenic Byway must be made to the Secretary of Transportation. The application, along with SCDOT's inventory and analysis will be forwarded to the Scenic Highways Committee for review. The committee will make a recommendation based on established criteria. Staff is available to assist applicants with guidance and program information.
