In accordance with Executive Order 2022-19 and FY 2022-23 state budget Proviso 117.21, provided below is all available information related to entities receiving designated earmarks that were allocated to the South Carolina Department of Transportation in Proviso 118.19 (B)(97) for disbursement and their intended use.
