Columbia, S.C. (September 7, 2026) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will convert the intersection of McFarland Road (SC 324) and Devinney Road (S-518) from a two-way stop to an all-way stop in York County beginning Monday, September 14.
The permanent conversion to an all-way stop will require drivers travelling in all directions to come to a complete stop before proceeding.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to crews when driving through the area.
