Columbia, S.C. (October 23, 2026) – The South Carolina Department of Transportation closed the Boundary Drive bridge (S-226) over Raven Branch for repairs in Pickens County on Thursday, October 22.
The bridge was closed after a routine inspection. Evaluations of the repairs are currently ongoing and a timeline for repairs will be determined once those evaluations are completed.
A signed detour is in place for this closure and can be seen on the map below.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to signs and crews when driving through the area.
