Columbia, S.C. (October 12, 2026) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will close and detour Snow Creek Road (S-37-51) to replace the bridge that crosses over Snow Creek in Oconee County beginning Monday, October 19.
The closure is estimated to last until Thursday, March 18, 2027, weather permitting.
A detour will be in place for this closure. A map can be found below.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention when driving near the work zone.
