Columbia, S.C. (October 5, 2026) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will close and detour the Raines Road (S-37-339) bridge over Long Creek in Oconee County beginning Monday, October 5.
The closure will last about a month, pending any weather delays.
A detour is in place and can be seen on the map below.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention when driving near the work zone.
