Columbia, S.C. (January 8, 2026) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation requests comments on proposed bridge replacement projects in Colleton, Dorchester and Horry counties. SCDOT proposes to replace the following bridges:
- S-41 (Ritter Road) Bridge over Ashepoo River in Colleton County
- S-19 (Wire Road) over Indian Fields Swamp in Dorchester County,
- S-105 (Old Reaves Ferry Rd) over Stanley Creek in Horry County and
- S-57 (N Old River Rd) over Willow Creek in Horry County.
