Columbia, S.C. (March 25, 2026) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will convert the intersection of US-21 (Freedom Road) and SC-61 (Edisto River Road) from a two-way stop to an all-way stop in Bamberg County on March 30.
New stop signs and traffic signage will be installed to reflect this change.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to the new traffic pattern when driving through the area.
