Columbia, S.C. (July 24, 2026) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion and opening of the US 17 - Speedway Boulevard Widening Project in Jasper County.
The ceremony will take place on July 31, 2026 at 11 a.m. onsite along US 17.
State and local officials, along with project partners, will join SCDOT Secretary of Transportation Justin Powell to commemorate the roadway reopening.
