Columbia, S.C. (March 13, 2026) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will conduct pacing operations and lane closures on I-20 for the Old Vaucluse Road bridge replacement project in Aiken County beginning March 16.
Lane closures and pacing operations will take place on:
- I-20 Westbound overnight on March 16 and 17 beginning at 6 p.m.
- I-20 Eastbound overnight on March 18 beginning at 6 p.m. and March 19 beginning at 7 p.m.
Overnight work may continue until the morning of the following day.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to signs and crews when driving near the work zone.
