Columbia, S.C. (April 28, 2026) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will temporarily close Longtown Road (S-41-1051) in Richland County to repair parts of the Lake Columbia Dam.
Work will begin on May 4 and is expected to be completed by May 22, weather depending.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to posted signs and crews when driving through the area.
