Columbia, S.C. (June 4, 2026) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will close East Butler Road (S-23-207) over Interstate 385 in Greenville County for rehabilitation work beginning June 15.
Crews will resurface the existing bridge deck. Weather dependent, the road is expected to reopen by August 6.
Detours have been established and are indicated in the map below.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to signs and crews when driving through the area.
