Columbia, S.C. (March 6, 2026) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will close and detour the Woodruff Road (S-146) bridge over Enoree River in Spartanburg County for repairs beginning on or around March 10.
The bridge is expected to reopen by late April. These dates may change depending on weather conditions.
As part of this closure a detour route has been set up. A map of the detour can be found below. Please note that Woodruff Road and Highway 146 will be open to local traffic only, except at the bridge site.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to signs and crews when driving through the area.
