Columbia, S.C. (August 27, 2026) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will close and detour the Holly Bush Road bridge over Burdine Creek Tributary in Pickens County for repairs beginning Monday, August 31.
The closure is expected to last three to four weeks, pending any weather delays.
As part of this closure a detour route has been set up. A map of the detour can be found below. Please note that Holly Bush Road will be open to local traffic only.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to signs and crews when driving through the area.
