SCDOT Announces Opening of US 601 Bridge Over Colonels Creek in Richland County

Columbia, S.C. (January 15, 2026) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation has completed the replacement of the US 601 bridge over Colonels Creek in Richland County, and the bridge is now open to traffic.
