Columbia, S.C. (May 16, 2025)— A waterline break on Two Notch Road near Shakespeare Road in Richland County is causing traffic delays. The waterline break happened during overnight utility relocation efforts associated with a nearby bridge replacement project. The road remains open and crews are working to get repairs made and traffic restored.
