Columbia, S.C. (March 5, 2025) - SCDOT will hold a drop-in public information meeting on Thursday, March 20 regarding a proposed highway safety improvement project along two segments of US 17 (Kings Highway):
- Pinehurst Circle to McCorsley Avenue
- 20th Avenue South to 8th Avenue North.
The meeting will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Ocean Drive Elementary School, 901 11th Avenue North, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
SCDOT representatives will be available at the meeting to discuss the proposed project with members of the community. There will be no formal presentation.
SCDOT will accept public comments on this proposed project from March 5 to April 4, 2025. Visit the project website for additional information.
