Columbia, S.C. (July 9, 2025) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation will be conducting nighttime paving on Ashley Avenue from Murray Boulevard to Bee Street in Charleston County beginning July 13.
This work will take place July 13 through July 17 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Traffic will be maintained during this time but drivers can expect reduced speeds and delays. On-street parking will be prohibited during the hours listed above. Towing will be enforced.

SCDOT encourages drivers to seek alternate routes, if possible and asks drivers to slow down and pay attention to crews and signs when driving through a work zone.
