Columbia, S.C. (April 22, 2025) – The South Carolina Department of Transportation will conduct temporary, nighttime closures of the existing Colonial Life Boulevard on-ramp to I-126 Eastbound beginning tonight. A schedule of the detours can be found below. This work is part of the Carolina Crossroads Project.
Detour Schedule:
- From Tuesday, April 22, at 9:00 p.m. until Wednesday, April 23 at 6:00 a.m.
- From Wednesday, April 23 at 9:00 p.m. until Thursday, April 24 at 6:00 a.m.
- From Thursday, April 24 at 9:00 p.m. until Friday, April 25 at 6:00 a.m.
The dates above are subject to change based on weather conditions.
As part of the this closure, traffic will be detoured to the Greystone Boulevard interchange at I-126. A map of the detour can be found below.
