Columbia, S.C. (April 16, 2025) – The South Carolina Department of Transportation will conduct nighttime closures on the I-126 Eastbound off-ramp to Colonial Life Boulevard beginning Wednesday, April 16. A schedule of the closures can be found below. This work is part of the Carolina Crossroads Project.
Detour Schedule:
- From Wednesday, April 16, at 9:00 p.m. until Thursday, April 17, at 5:00 a.m.
- From Thursday, April 17, at 9:00 p.m. until Friday, April 18, at 5:00 a.m.
As part of the this closure, a detour route will be put in place using Greystone Boulevard. A map of the detour can be found below.
SCDOT asks drivers to slow down and pay attention when driving through work zones.
