Columbia, S.C. (May 29, 2025)— The South Carolina Department of Transportation will close and detour part of SC 284 in Abbeville County for road work beginning June 2. This closure is expected to last until June 3.
As part of this closure, a detour route will be set up during the closure. A map of the detour can be found below.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention when driving near the work zone.
