Columbia, S.C. (December 16, 2024)— The South Carolina Department of Transportation will convert the intersection of Annafrel Street at Morris Street and N Confederate Avenue to an all-way stop beginning December 23.
At this time, drivers on Annafrel Street do not stop. Once signs are installed, all approaches to the intersection will be required to stop. A map of the intersection can be found below.
SCDOT encourages drivers to use caution in the area and pay attention to signs and crews.
