Columbia, S.C. (April 3, 2024) – On Tuesday, April 9, SCDOT will temporarily close Phillips Drive in Spartanburg County as part of the Interstate 85 widening project. The closure is expected to last several weeks.

Drivers traveling north on Battleground Road can turn right onto Mount Olive Road and continue south toward Swofford Drive.
