Columbia, S.C. (February 6, 2024) - Hardscrabble Road, between Elders Pond Road and Lee Road, will be closed overnight for construction on the evenings of Wednesday, Feb. 7 and Thursday, Feb. 8. The closures will take place between approximately 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. both nights.
Signage will be put in place to direct drivers to the detour route, below. The closure will be put in place as part of the Hardscrabble Road widening project in Richland County.
SCDOT encourages drivers to plan their routes in advance and to drive safely near work zones.
