Columbia, S.C. (October 23, 2023) - Starting October 24, SCDOT will close Center Road (U.S. 321 Business/S.C. 97) in Chester County to repair the bridge over Sandy River.
Center Road will be closed at the bridge over Sandy River, and traffic will be detoured onto an alternate route using Lowrys Highway (U.S. 321) and Dawson Drive. SCDOT urges drivers to use caution in the area while work is being done.
