Columbia, S.C. (October 3, 2023) – SCDOT will convert the intersection of Mt. Beulah Rd. (S-2-54) and Old Barnwell Rd. (S-2-113) in Windsor, S.C. from a two-way stop to an all-way stop on Wednesday, Oct. 4. Starting on that date, vehicles traveling from all directions through this Aiken County intersection must stop.
Signage has been posted at the intersection notifying the public of the upcoming all-way stop. SCDOT encourages drivers to use caution at this intersection as the public adjust to the traffic pattern.
