Average Annual Daily Traffic

Average daily traffic volumes are available from over 15,000 locations across South Carolina. This information is updated yearly.

We provide 3 options to find AADT data:

  1. To search for a location using a specific address, try our new Interactive Traffic Count Map. For a quick tutorial, view this video. This interactive map is best viewed in Internet Explorer 9 or above, or the latest version of Chrome.

  2. Estimated average annual daily traffic (AADT) data can be accessed by selecting the appropriate county.
    1. View current traffic flow maps on our GIS\Mapping Site to find the count station(s) you need.
    2. View AADT Data Sheets by selecting a county and year below.


  3. View statewide traffic count data by selecting a year below.

The AADT data sheets provided here contain brief text descriptions of station locations where counts are taken. Users may also wish to obtain Traffic Flow Maps that graphically show count station locations.
