In accordance with Executive Order 2022-19 and FY 2022-23 state budget Proviso 117.21, provided below is all available information related to entities receiving designated earmarks that were allocated to the South Carolina Department of Transportation in the FY 23-24 State Appropriations Act, Part IB, Section 118.19, 94 a - p for disbursement and their intended use. The SFY 23-24 Earmark Compliance Letter was provided to the Executive Budget Office on May 3, 2024.
