Federal Commuter Benefits
Access the link below for additional information published by the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) that details how organizations and individuals can take advantage of the federal law that provides tax benefits for using public transportation and vanpool commuting.
*Note:The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act signed into law by President Obama on February 17 raised the cap for pre-tax transit benefits to $230 per month. This may not be reflected on APTA’s website.
