Strategic Management Plan

SCDOT has embarked in an effort to develop a Strategic Management Plan to gauge our progress towards accomplishing our mission of building and maintaining roads and bridges and providing transit services to the citizens of South Carolina. After identifying risk analyses, department priorities, and the identification of six Critical Management Areas (CMAs), we have begun the process of developing this Agency Strategic Management Plan. The plan is dynamic and is in concert with other required planning documents such as the Statewide Multimodal Plan, the Statewide Transit Plan and others. The Strategic Management Plan will be effective July 1, 2013. As this management effort matures, our progress and results will be posted on this site, so check back often.

The plan can be printed on tabloid (11" x 17") paper, front and back for the tri-fold brochure using the "2012 SMP Poster."
