In compliance with federal requirements, this document was made available for public review and comment for at least 30 days beginning March 10, 2008 and ending April 11, 2008.

All comments received before the close of business on the comment closing date have been documented and reviewed for incorporation into the Plan.  The table below provides a summary of all written comments received, SCDOT’s responses, and any resulting revisions to the Plan.
