Edisto Island National Scenic Byway
(Turnouts & Recreational Access)
Edisto Island National Scenic Byway (Byway Turnouts and Recreational Access) located in Charleston, South Carolina will provide a pullover area near Russell Creek and areas to pull over and park at the Sand Creek and Store Creek bridges to access water recreation. FHWA has awarded $269,280 for this project.
