Right of Way Appraisal Manual

The SCDOT Department of Right of Way Appraisal Manual provides guidelines for both staff and fee appraisers in the preparation of appraisal reports utilized by the South Carolina Department of Transportation in the acquisition of right of way for road construction. This manual does not attempt to cover all facets of solving the appraisal problem, but is to be employed as the standard for preparing the various types of appraisal reports used by the SCDOT. The cost of this manual is $25.00.
