Mission Statement
Our mission is to develop, implement and promote programs, which ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations governing Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), External Equal Opportunities (EO), External On-the-Job Training (OJT), Title VI, and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) programs. We build and maintain relationships to facilitate the development of socially and economically disadvantaged businesses and individuals.
We also provide programs to develop youth for career opportunities in the transportation industry.
