The 2007 Standard Specifications for Highway Construction are available at the SCDOT Publications office in Room G-19 in the SCDOT Headquarters Building, 955 Park Street, Columbia, SC. The price of the book (including a CD) is $10.00 per copy at the SCDOT Publications office. The book can be shipped to a street address only (sorry, no Post Office Boxes) for an additional shipping and handling charge. Payment must be received before shipment.
