Cooperative Education

The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT), University of South Carolina (USC), South Carolina State University (SCSU), and Clemson University have a cooperative education agreement for students participating in the Transportation Cooperative Program. The Cooperative Program is an educational strategy that provides a well-balanced combination of college study and experience in a work setting related to the student’s major and/or career goals. This program is designed for college students to work full time for a semester with a corporation or a government agency in his or her career related field. The program provides a major recruitment
opportunity for employers. This is an extraordinary program for the students, institutions, and the employers.

For more information on the Transportation Cooperative Program, fill out the form below and select the “Submit Form” button. You will be contacted about your inquiry.
