The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) Maintenance Division plans to replace the bridge over Unnamed Stream on S-46-207 (Flat Rock Street) in the City of Clover in York County.

As part of the routine Bridge Inspection Program, this bridge was rated as structurally deficient.  Due to the relatively low traffic volume and to minimize the impact to property owners in the area, the road will be closed during this replacement.  The road will be closed on Monday, April 27, 2009.  The estimated completion is mid-summer 2009.

The detour will use US 321(Main Street South), S-46-91 (McConnell Street) and S-46-668(Willow Street).  The net detour length will be approximately 0.16 miles.

For more information, the public may contact District Maintenance Engineer Todd Cook at (803) 377-4155.
