General
The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is considering actions to amend the 2007-2012 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and is seeking comments from the public on identified 2008 Federal Appropriation Earmarks. In addition, information is provided on modifications to the US 17 project in Beaufort and Colleton Counties.
