The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) has scheduled a public meeting in Lexington County Thursday, Oct. 11, concerning proposed improvements to the intersections of US Route  378 (Columbia Avenue) at Route S-127 (Park Road), US Route 1/Route S-52 (W. Main Street/Old Chapin Road), and Route S-131/Route S-638 (W. Butler Street/Reed Avenue).

The meeting will be between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the 1st Floor Conference Center at the Lexington Municipal Complex, 111 Maiden Lane, Lexington.  The meeting will have a drop-in type format with displays for viewing.

Representatives of SCDOT will be available to discuss the project with interested citizens on an individual basis.
